Ambassador's Message
First of all, let me express many thanks and high appreciation to Indonesian community and the members of Dharma Wanita that has contributed to the promotion of Indonesian's foods to the International community especially to the Nigerians in Abuja. Throughout history, Indonesian;s food tradition has been influenced by the mixed of Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese and European's food. This influence has contributed to the diversity of Indonesian foods such as snacks, cakes and dishes which are available from typical Indonesian's ingredients like rice, glutinous rice, cassava, sweet potato, sago etc.
The culinary creativity and expertise of Indonesian community in Abuja shown, could be made in Nigeria so far as all the ingredients are also found in the country. I expect the people of Nigeria are willing to try, replicate and develop their own using this menu. I also hope, this menu on various Indonesian's foods could be a surplus for Nigerians in term of economical value and always be useful.
Thank you
